Yes. All BePart data is hosted on Australian servers (Sydney, AWS). We comply with Australian Privacy Act requirements and aged care data residency standards. No data is transferred offshore. Your organisation retains full data ownership, and we provide complete audit trail and data export capabilities on request.

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Pricing adjusts at the end of your billing cycle. If you grow from 10 clients to 60, simply upgrade to the next tier and only pay the difference going forward.

Full access to any plan tier you choose. No credit card required to start. After 14 days, you can either choose to convert to a paid plan or your account closes automatically. All your data is preserved, so if you return later, nothing is lost.
